Best Timer App Reviews

This app not only is very beautiful and stylish, but also is very functional! Great design of everything, even placement of buttons, just under your thumb which is ideal for single hand use. No issue so far, highly recommended to everyone.

It is a stylish app which delivers great features and functionality. I gave it 4 out of 5 as it lacks two features which are not difficult to add and, IMHO, should have been built into it. When you set the timer, you can chose from a range of alert sounds or silent (nothing). It does NOT, however, allow you to set any other ways of alerting you — there is no option for vibration with or without auditory alerts. If I were to offer a few suggestions, I would suggest using the three key senses: auditory (sound), tactile (vibration), and visual (flashing). Auditory — the app has a nice selection and is fine as is... though it could be improved by allowing user to access music and/or playlists. Tactile (Vibration) — the app should, at least, offer the basic vibration option though adding variety of vibrating patterns would be extra nice. Visual (Pulsing Light) — the app has such a nice visual appeal it would be easy enough to add pulsing of light alert which could be done in one of several ways — a small dot that flashes, the white ring-dial around all of the different counters, and/or having the colored digital elements that make-up each of the timers flash. It should be possible to turn each on and off so you can be alerted in just one way - just a flashing light or just a vibration or just a sound alert or a combination of two or even all three.

Just paid for it. Every time the timer counts down and hits zero. Application just crashes and closes. Every-time have to restart it. Wish I could get refund

Works great as a stopwatch. Seems like the only negative reviews are for the sound when used as an alarm. Then use another app as an alarm, people!! For my purposes, this is the best!

The alarm will not work if your iphone is locked.

This works great once you remember to take your phone off MUTE..Make sure your settings in Settings, Notifications are set also.

Optimize For iPhone five and I will give it 5 stars

This Is an excellent alarm. In terms of visual design its a beautiful balance of past meets present (Which for us x-generation folks is actually the future..) It does Sound off if you remember to unlock the phone and configure the correct audible settings in your phones settings (read the instructions).. Ive found it very useful for brewing tea.

This works well, nice looking. Only issue I have with it is my alarm on the countdown timers go off with :01 left all the time. Would give 5 stars if theyd fix that.

The Kitchen timer function skips seconds. Set the timer and observe the seconds countdown. It will skip 2-3 times per minute and the moving dot gets out of sync with the digital display. I dont trust it. iPad 3.

Im using it to prepare for an exam where I have one minute and 48 seconds for each question. I needed a countdown timer which lets me configure that time and run it repeatedly. This does that well.

Works well but I would love more color choices. 5 stars when that happens.

I got this timer because it would count down from less than a minute and it was pretty. I mainly use it at the gym. Unfortunately it turns off playing music when the timer goes off and doesnt turn it back on. This makes it useless for my purposes. Even the stock timer that comes with the phone will turn the music back on.

no alarm clock! The best timer would have the ability to set a time. I wanted to replace my iphone clock!

Good graphics, this is a stylish way to count your time. Offers countdown, countup timers as well as a stopwatch. Except for the stopwatch, every timer function offers a variety of alerts from tones, like a basic beep-beep to melodies, which can also repeat at your chosen interval • A selection of longer alerts would help prevent missed alerts • A common timer interfaces would improve this app. Each timer employs a different operating design which makes it more complicated than necessary Cheers !

Sound used to work but not anymore.

Sound works fine. A great tool for the classroom if you have an iPad/Apple TV combo. Projects nice and large on the screen...works great!

I am so disappointed!!! A fellow teacher uses this in her classroom and she has sound...me, nothing!!! Please fix this! This would be so great for my classroom. I followed the settings/notifications and checked everything. I still have no sound. :(
